Exciting News for Our Families!

From the Desk of the Superintendent...

I am thrilled to announce that for the upcoming school year, our district will be officially participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program. This means ALL students in our district will receive healthy breakfasts and lunches at zero cost to our families!

Last year when I started, many of you reached out to ask if we could implement this program. While we unfortunately didn't qualify at that time, our team never stopped working on it. This year, the data shifted, we met the qualifications, and we leaped at the opportunity.

A massive thank you goes out to our Board of Education and our Foodservice Supervisor, Sami Stimpert. Their unwavering support and dedication to our students made this decision possible. This program will have a massive, positive impact on our families, ensuring every child has the fuel they need to succeed without any financial burden.

Looking Ahead & How You Can Help:
More Details Coming: We will be sharing updates and answering questions over the next few months as we gear up for the new school year.

Participation Matters: Here is a quick insider tip, the more students who choose to eat school breakfast and lunch, the more financially sustainable this program becomes for our district! We encourage all our families to take advantage of this opportunity.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support of our schools. We can't wait to see our students back in the cafeterias soon!
