Welcome to the Switzerland of Ohio Local School District website.

Our school district covers Monroe County, and parts of Noble and Belmont Counties. Our district is the largest in the State of Ohio covering 546 square miles. Our district schools consist of three high schools, a career center, and six elementaries. A school bond levy was recently passed in May 2009 giving our school district the pride of building six new schools and a renovated seventh school for our district students. Thank you to the community for supporting the bond levy!
